Based on real events, the project “Off the Soil” is a reinterpretation of the fallouts caused by the supply chain crisis of the present era using subterranean tubers, the potatoes. The stories in five film works are based on five real stories that happened around the world, especially after the Covid-19 pandemic. In particular, this project channels problems related to production, transportation, and shortage of food and commodities into the screen.
